ATAG launches recessed ceiling hoods range

ATAG’s range of recessed ceiling hoods have been added to the company’s MAGNA Design Line of luxury appliances. Offering flexibility as well as excellent extraction performance, the discreet but stylish models can be integrated into the ceiling, a chimney or an alcove.

Cooker hoods have always been an essential part of any kitchen, but only in recent times have they become a product sector and a fashion statement in their own right. While it didn’t seem possible in the not so distant days of clunky designs and noisy operation, the cooker hood’s radical makeover is giving it an iconic status in the ever expanding focal point of the home.

Quiet in operation, the cooker hoods are available in two widths: 1100mm (WU1111PM) or 1500mm (WU1511PX). The models are controlled remotely and feature four speeds; two washable metal filters (four in the larger model); perimeter extraction; run-on time of 20 minutes; maximum extraction capacity of 755m3 and halogen lighting.

The larger WU1511PX is suitable to operate with an external motor, which can be installed outside the kitchen for even quieter operation. This is an ideal solution for creating a quiet oasis in the kitchen, which is increasingly becoming a living area for many families.
